The immunogenicity and protective efficacy of DNA vaccines have been demonstrated in numerous animal models of infectious diseases. In order to increase the potency of DNA vaccines, in this study, conventional adjuvants such as aluminium phosphates, dendrosome, CpG motif and mixture of aluminium phosphate and CpG motif have been tested.

يكي از پر كاربرد ترين روشهاي مورد استفاده در آزمايشگاههاي بيوشيمي و بيولوژي ملكولي الكتروفورز است. به دليل ويژگي هاي مختلفي چون هدايت مناسب الكتريكي، خصوصيت بافري يعني حفظ pH و ايجاد باند هاي شفاف هنگام تفكيك، بافر هاي مختلفي در طول 30 سال گذشته بررسي شده است كه شايع ترين آنها بافر TBE  شامل تريس، اسيد بوريك و EDTA  و يا بافر TAE شامل تريس، اسيد استيك و EDTA مي باشد.

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of thermophilic helicase-dependent isothermal DNA amplification (tHDA) was developed for detection of Helicobacter pylori. The primers targeting ureC were used for the amplification of bacterial DNA by the isothermal digoxigenin (DIG)-labeling tHDA process, resulting in the accumulation of DIG-labeled DNA amplicons.

Background and Objectives: Staphylococcal enterotoxin D as a supper antigen is produced by infected samples of human and animal sources. The aim of this study was to standardize the detection methods for the Staphylococcus strain producing enterotoxin D.Materials and Methods: A PCR method was set up for detection of enterotoxin D gene (ent D) in Staphylococcus aureus samplesisolated from the human subjects (310 strains isolated from clinical samples).
