A fermentation process for production of super coiled plasmid DNA in E. coli for use as a DNA vaccine was developed. In the process a feed-back control nutrient feeding strategy based on pH and DO was used to regulate the cell growth rate by controlling the interactivity of the nutrient feed rate, pH and DO.
DNA vaccine have many potential advantage over traditional vaccine. There is no risk of infection , its superior to protein or polysaccharides and recombinant vaccine because DNA is very stable, its production is easy and most suitable for the use in developing countries.
Abstract Aim: The aim of this study was to standardize the molecular detection Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin C gene method. Materials and Methods: Based on gene bank data, the PCR molecular method was set up for detection of entC gene in Staphylococcus aureus isolated from human subjects (300 isolated strains were assayed).
روش هاي مختلفي جهت تشخيص سالمونلا وجود دارد. اما روش هايي كه بر پايه ي ژنوم و DNA هستند، تكنيك هاي بهتري جهت تشخيص مي باشند. PCR روشي سريع و حساس است و به علت كارايي بالا به طور گسترده اي در تشخيص سريع پاتوژن ها به كار گرفته مي شود.
